If others see you as a leader and you're finding yourself in more and more leadership roles, it's time to focus on the big picture! Do you have what it takes to move into larger, more impactful leadership roles? Do you have access to the role models, tools and resources you'll need? Do you want to talk with current ASHA leaders about their leadership journeys? Have you thought about serving on ASHA committees, boards or councils, or even someday becoming the ASHA president? Then the Minority Student Leadership Program (MSLP) is for you.

The MSLP will provide you with

• tips and strategies for developing a leadership plan;
• educational programming and activities to build and enhance your leadership skills;
• an understanding of how the Association and its leaders work; and
• an opportunity to interact with leaders in the communication sciences and disorders (CSD) professions.
