Hopefully, this series broadened your view and provided a better understanding of leadership in ASHA. Now is a good time to begin to lay the foundation to build your leadership portfolio. You may not get on a committee or board right now, but you can do other activities to prepare yourself. Of course, NSSLHA is a great way to get started in leadership. Get involved!
