The Leadership Mentoring Program (LMP) is a program that supports ASHA's continued efforts to develop a diverse pipeline of future leaders for ASHA's volunteer leadership, as well as the professions. Through one-on-one interactions with an experienced mentor, mentees will receive support in defining and developing their leadership goals, as well as identifying future career or volunteer paths.

This is a 6-month program and will kick off with online orientation webinars for both mentors and mentees: 

Mentor Orientation – July 9, 2024, 1 p.m. ET

Mentee Orientation – July 9, 2024, 2:30 p.m. ET 

Mentor and mentee enrollment opened on May 10, and will be open until July 5, 2024, 3:00 p.m., ET.
