So now I need a crowdsource assist on ideas...

I am in a position to give back to my university. Audiology has been a wonderful career for me. But I wrote a three page letter to my school after I graduated, telling them how unprepared I was in terms of business (negotiating, designing, billing, etc. ) So I know y'all had similar wish lists at some time....

What things would be on your list as a new- or near-grads, or a mentor or advisor to same? I have ideas, but would like a few more, and I won't bias anyone by telling you what's on MY list. I meet with the team on Monday, so short turnaround, but big $$$$$ or small $, I am looking for ideas.  (I'm inclined to start with small $ or $$ and see how it goes.)
