    Hi Mentees,

This is the final post in a series of training materials that will help to familiarize you with the mentoring process. Please review the Role of a S.T.E.P. mentee presentation to see how many roles you may play throughout your mentoring relationship. Use this and all of the postings to stimulate conversation among your peer community and with your mentor.

P.S. If you haven't connected with your mentoring partner, please reply to me or send an email to step@asha.org

Next week the Power of Purpose postings will begin. We hope that you will engage in the conversation.

    Hello!

I had an original email from my mentor that introduced her to me, and I responded; however, I have not heard from her again. Technically we haven't connected yet.

I’ve had the same experience as well. My mentor made initial contact and I responded and have not heard from her since.

I still have yet to hear from my mentor or been able to find out who they are.
    Thank you,
