It is finally here! Thank you for sharing and for taking the time to complete this survey. The current SLP caseload was written into the California Education code over 40 years ago. The purpose of this survey is to understand the current caseloads and workloads of pediatric SLPs in California. Responses will be used to educate legislators as part of an effort to change Education Code regarding caseloads. In addition, results of the survey will be made public by CSHA.
To that end, we are asking all California SLPs who serve clients ages 3-22 to complete this survey regardless of workplace setting. Non school-based SLPs need only complete the beginning section of the survey. School- based SLPs please complete the entire survey. It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the entire survey. We thank the CSHA Board for its support of this effort.
