Hi everyone,

My name is Christie Miller and I am a speech pathologist and rehabilitation manager, I am pursuing my doctorate in public health, with a focus on leadership in healthcare, from Johns Hopkins University and currently recruiting for my dissertation project.

My project seeks to collect feedback from all levels, including clinical frontline staff, in terms of the skills and competencies needed to be successful in our roles as healthcare leaders.

I am currently seeking healthcare workers in a variety of roles to participate in an hour long, one-to-one, virtual interview via Zoom. Audio recording of the interview is required for transcription purposes. The interviews will be focused on the participants sharing their experiences with their direct leaders working in healthcare and helping identifying what skills and competencies they identify have impacted their work experience.

The link and QR code included below, and on the fliers, will directly take a potential participant to the consent and prescreening questions. If they meet eligibility, they will then be able to share their email address for me to follow-up to schedule the virtual interview.
