    If you are treating an outpatient and they are admitted to the hospital and not for observation do you discharge them from therapy? Then get a new order and reevaluate them? I am a director and can not find anything clearly on this in writing from Medicare. It is a change in status so it would be assumed but you can’t just assume. Any help would be great.
